The Stonebridge Wasaga Beach Blues Junior Jam provides local kids with an opportunity to perform with professionals in front of an audience. All the while developing and building their musical skills in a fun, friendly and accessible way. Blues music is roots music, and the youth are our roots. What better way to pass the torch than to have experienced artists guiding our youth in a live stage environment.

Eyes of Violet is a young and dynamic jazz fusion band from Collingwood, Ontario. Inspired and nurtured by the Collingwood Collegiate music program, rising bassist and composer Sophia Moore founded this band with the hopes of showing the younger generation the beauty and variety of jazz and all of its descendants. This emerging ensemble brings a fresh voice to the genre, blending traditional jazz elements with funk, soul, and contemporary fusion. The band features an all-youth lineup of standout musicians: Sophia Moore on bass, Max Ochocinski on guitar, Ben Zadok on drums, and Claire Cunsolo on vocals. Together, they represent a new wave of jazz artists—young, bold, and passionate—redefining what young music can sound like in the 21st century.
