Ron’s late teens and early 20’s had him touring and playing a variety of music – from show bands to commercial rock. It was during these formative years that Ron was drawn more and more towards the Roots music genre and it was his introduction to several inspiring blues and jazz players that finally led to his into that scene as a drummer.

Ron’s varied musical background continues to strengthen his approach to playing blues and that varied experience can be heard in his playing every night on stage.
